Mine is saying the same thing. It also says to call premier support, but when I call it says that they cannot answer the call due to high call volume. This is ridiculous
The customer service rep said the error you're seeing there is a high bandwidth error, high traffic error, something to that effect anyway. He advised me to continue trying every hour or so.

well eventually the apple site worked for me, so i got around that error message somewhat.

I'm still getting this. Premiere support says it's a website problem that has been reported and they recommend trying back later or going to a physical store.
