After the most recent update to iOS 15.0 every time I make an outgoing call I receive this message: Has anyone else been experiencing this? If so how can I fix it?

Check Settings>General>About to see if you have 2 SIM's. Did you add a new SIM? Did an old SIM converted to an eSIM when transferring from old device?

This was report by some posters that they were getting it using CarPlay. What worked for them was Settings->Music->EQ. Turn off EQ.

No, this was a brand new iPhone 13 pro-Max unlocked paid in full, inserted my old SIM and that was it.

I got it with my 12 pro max after switching from att to Verizon, when calling someone from my recent call list that I haven’t called since I was on att

I just used the eSIM that came with the phone and not a physical SIM. I read something about the eSIM profile needing to be deleted if you insert a physical SIM. I'm not 100% sure, but the phone might think it's supposed to have two lines now, if it has 2 SIM profiles.

I just had that message happen to me. Once I selected “Call” I have not seen the message since. I think I got the message because I am using an eSim and I don’t have a SIM card installed. All good now for me.

I got it as well. If you delete your call logs this issue should go away (found that from an internet search). It worked for me.

I think this is on the right track. If memory serves me correctly, in the past when I've done an old to new phone transfer, my Recent call list didn't transfer - but this time it did. What I'm seeing is that anytime I touch a past call (that was made from the old phone) to place a call from the new phone, I get this message. I make the call anyway and after the first time the message doesn't come back. I think it's just a quirk that will eventually work out.
