I've had my MBP for about 2.5 years now, and I've never had a Kernel Panic... until today, where I got like 5 in the span of a few hours. Anyone good at reading them and interpreting them?

Also, 2 other questions (not as pressing):
    1) My iPhone refuses to charge up beyond 95%, any ideas?
    2) I have the first gen uMBP, without the built in battery. Mine's started to swell to the point where the battery cover no longer stays on. CoconutBattery says my battery's only 29 months old with 110 cycles and 85% of it's original capacity. Do I have any other recourse other than buying a battery myself (free replacement)?

And now for the Kernel Panic (edit, I've attached 3 other Panics that just happened within a few minutes of each other):

Interval Since Last Panic Report: 615290 sec

Looks like it might be a hard drive issue:

Any idea how I would go about fixing it?

Its cool to see someone else who can understand KPs. The general rule is to check what kexts were dependant that time (I believe that that is happening at least, don't really know any OS X engineers). Anything following the "Kernel Extensions in backtrace (with dependencies):" line.

What were you doing at the time? Were you accessing a NTFS volume by chance?

Back up your hard drive and get a new one. But if you want my opinion, based on your Kernel report I'd say it's your alternator ;)

Sadface. I'm guessing this means I need a new HDD? Any suggestions on a cheap one?

I was just typing in Pages, using iTunes and Chrome. I do have an NTFS Windows partition though.

No reading or writing of the NTFS volume was occurring at the time?

Not that I'm aware of. By that you mean accessing my Windows partition, right? There was nothing going on there, everything was contained within the OS X partition.

    Would this work?

If you live near an apple store get on the schedule for the genius bar if your battery is original.

    Swelling is a no-no.

Yeah, I bought it the day after they announced the original uMBPs back in October of 2008.
