In the past, I remember I used to get mine before the phone was delivered. I got my 15 delivered on Friday but still haven't got my kit. I see UPS has a shipping label created since Thursday (9/21). Not sure what is going on this year. Anyone got their kits?

We’re on IUP and both of our boxes are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. The empty boxes are coming UPS, with labels to ship back via FedEx.
How did you figure out the return labels? Does it show up in the account?

I did online trade-in for my 13 Pro Max while buying the 15PM, which I picked up in Store on Friday. The employee offered me to do the trade-in at store, making it much more fast and hassle free, and I did. She tells me that when I receive the kit just ignore it. Got the refund today in my card.

Look in the For You section in the Apple Store app. It should be there with a tracking link.

My FedEx account shows two labels being shipped from my hometown to Pennsylvania. From AI.
My kit arrived Saturday and I dropped it off at my FedEx location and it’s on the way to Sacramento.
I just got off the Chat Line with an Apple Rep, he stated they were to have been sent out already and sent me the UPS link, I said I have My Choice UPS and already knew they created a label on the 21st but nothing has shipped, he seemed surprised and stated he requested a new one for me. He stated the usual High Demand and more trade ins yada yada. We shall see, I would like to pay off the card once the credit is there.
I am thinking that the only ones who have received boxes are those on the IUP program. I have not done that in many years but trade in and get a new one yearly. Always buy at launch, this is the first time the trade in box did not arrive prior to the phone.
The past two previous years my trade in box arrived from Fed Ex and then was sent back via UPS and the box arrived prior to getting the phones. I get notifications from both FedEx and UPS and have not received anything from FedEx which surprises me. When I did the chat they stated it was just UPS. Odd they are so much more disorganized this year with the trade ins, it is not like they have never done this before.
Idk. I got the email from fed ex that I had a package coming Saturday I think it was. Checking delivery manager it has the tracking for the return label as well. So it’s going back via fed ex as well. Box came from Kentucky, returns going to somewhere in Illinois I believe it was. My experience was usually the phone comes with the trade in kit included.
My UPS just updated from Apple and it appears they just canceled the previous label that was created and now states there is a new label coming from Apple from CARLISLE, PA the previous stated California.
New iPhone delivered Friday, checked Apple Store app and my trade-in kit is coming this Wednesday.
I received my trade in kit on Saturday and I have sent it back already.
