I modified the "5x6 - iPhone 5" iconoclasm .plist to fix the icons bumping against the left edge of the screen, and drop the rows down a couple pixels, and it works great!
Attached below - stick the .plist in /Library/Iconoclasm/Layouts (delete the original one if you downloaded it from Cydia) and you're golden.

I created an account just to ask you this question:
Can you provide a detailed explanation on how someone with minimal tweaking experience, like myself, can go ahead and get this done? I have Iconoclasm and I want this 5 x 6 layout, but the current one is flawed and your solution looks perfect!
I use the 5x5 default layout on a 6 Plus, as the others you've mentioned hide the text when in landscape mode (although that layout looks great in portrait!)
Have you seen this happen before (icons for next page are showing behind the dock)?
I don't know what might be causing it; I don't have a lot of tweaks/apps installed. Iconoclasm is the only "display-related" tweak I have installed currently. Even after I uninstalled iconoclasm it's still there.
