I'm not sure if this is a glitch or not, but my Mobile Share Advantage 12GB plan has been showing as "unlimited" for a couple months now. I'm not sure if it's really unlimited or not; it could be a glitch. But I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Both the at&t app and *3282# are showing it as seen in the screenshots. Any ideas? I'm hesitant to call at&t as having been put on an unlimited plan by mistake at the same price is not a bad thing!

Take screen shot and keep them. Based on your screen shots you may have unlimited LTE/5Ge up to 12GB. After wards they will slow you down. I'm on at&t too.

My MobileShare 9GB plan shows 9GB. Last month, on the last day of billing cycle I went over 9GB and they slowed me down to 128kbs. It was basically unusable for data until the next day when my plan reset. I wish AT&T would allow you to buy an extra Gig for 15 dollars like they used to instead of slowing you down with no other options except to up your data plan to an unlimited plan.

Yup. Its really unlimited just after your allowed data they slow you down drastically. AT&T doesn't charge for over. I have unlimited data on 3 devices but I believe after 20GB-30GB they slow me down.

Yup look at what I just found under small letters of my plan

''After 22GB per device per month, we may temporarily slow data speeds when the network is busy.''

I have the 9gb plan and for the past two months, it’s been showing up as unlimited. I called AT&T and they assured me that my plan hasn’t changed.

I'm on a 12 gig plan, and usually have around 29 gig at the beginning of every month because of Rollover data.

But this whole billing cycle is showing the same for me, but it's worded weird.

------
5.2 GB used of Unlimited

My Plan
Unlimited
Mobile Share Advantage 12GB
------

That's exactly how it shows on mine when I just looked.

I used 44gb a couple months ago and they never throttled me. I was surprised. Only thing they ever throttled was my hotspot. And I routinely go over 22gb

They do say when network is busy. I do 30gb-40gb per month on 3 devices and I don’t notice slow speeds. Now my kids on road trips suck my 10gb hotspot. What’ve I’ve noticed that even after 10gb my kids devices don’t seem to have slow speeds.

Yeah, I noticed this on our account too. We’re on a 50GB plan, but we usually had about 60-70GB per month with our rollover, but it’s not showing any kind of rollover anymore; just ‘unlimited’.

I’ll be pretty upset if they start throttling us at 22GB when we’re paying for 50GB + rollover.

Well, it seems this was a glitch. I just checked my data usage and it's back to showing me the total data available for the month and how much I've used.

Makes me wonder what triggered it.
