I placed my order through AT&T Premier at 8:00AM and immediately received an email confirmation. I can see my order on the Premier site but it is still listed only as "received" and says they expect to start processing it soon. My credit card has not had the funds held. When I check my upgrade eligibility it still says I'm eligible for a full discount upgrade. I spoke to a Premier CSR and he said he can't find my order in their system. But he said if I got an order confirmation email and order number than he's sure it went through properly and should be processed by tomorrow even though there's no evidence of it in their system.
Is anyone else seeing their AT&T order completely stalled? I'm starting to think I don't really have an order with AT&T. I'm tempted to place an order through Apple but I can't even formally cancel the AT&T order because they can't find it.
