Anyone have battery bulge issue with penryn?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone is having the battery swelling issue that we saw with early revs. with the penryn versions?
 
Unless I'm mistaken, I think the battery bulge takes a while to occur.. don't think we'll be seeing if that problem still exists for some time.
