they are one of the least cooperative places I have dealt with in returns.
Great service if something is wrong but strict return policies

from their return policy
No Return/Exchange On:
TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once opened
All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped
Computers, Software and Hardware once unwrapped

I just spoke with a B&H rep over the phone. She assured me that the iPad 2
can be returned for a full refund, even if it's been opened, within 15 days.
Her supervisor(or was it manager) confirmed this as well... I will only
be responsible for the shipping charge to ship it back to them. (or I can
drive 1400 miles and return it to their New York City store in person if I
prefer.... :D )

Then I called their retail store number and spoke to someone on the floor,
who also confirmed the same thing..... He immediately asked me if I was
asking because of the backlight light leakage problem and I said yes... he
said he has see quite a few that have this problem in the last couple of weeks.
(not a very comforting thought to me)

so I guess I have nothing to worry about. :)

If you have to return it though arent you guys a little worried about returning and shipping through the mail?
