I've got one. Works just like any non-fast charge QI charger with my X. It is insanely thin.

Is it stable? Or does it’s lack of weight make it slide around too much?

It's pretty stable. It sits wide, low and flat AND has rubber feet so it doesn't move around or tilt when I drop my X on it. Doesn't slide around either, again, because of the rubber feet.

Wow! Is this the most slimmest wireless charger?

It’s the slimmest one I found. It’s why I bought it. It arrives Wednesday so I’ll put up some photos then.

I currently have the Mophie Wireless Charging Base in my bedroom for my primary overnight charge and it’s fantastic, highly recommended. But I’m looking for a cheaper/thinner solution for my kitchen and the office and perhaps when I travel so that’s why this Yogee becomes interesting.

I got the one at the second link for $24.99. If you expand the section that talks about details it mentions specifically compatibility with the iPhone X and the iPhone 8. It will support fast charging, but only if the USB cord (supplied) is plugged into a 9V USB adapter. I have a few of those so I'll be good when the X is updated for fast charging.

The Yogee just arrived, and wow- is it ever thin. Like really thin. Like thinner than a Ritz cracker thin. It's small too. Its circumference is so small that when you set your iPhone down on it the Yogee disappears, it looks like your device is sitting on the surface of the counter doesn't stick out at all.

To let you know its charging it has an LED light at the end of the USB cord at the spot that it plugs into the USB port. It's a nice feature, in case someone jostles the phone you can tell at a glance if it's making positive contact or not.

The lighter grey inner circle on the top surface is rubber, it holds the phone in place. On the bottom, there are four grey rubber feet keeping it stable. The wire attaching to the disc doesn't lie completely flush, but over time I think it'll settle down.

So the verdict? It's awesome if you're looking for an unobtrusive wireless charger that won't take up any space or draw attention to itself in the kitchen or in the office. I never thought of it as a travel companion, but its so thin and light I now have the option of leaving my Apple lightning cable at home and bringing this wafer with me instead, it weighs about the same as the cable itself. Thinner than a cracker. That's pretty impressive.

Hi, thank you for choosing and order from our Amazon shop: YoGEE-Official.

Please allow me to explain: YG349 is fast charger, power input & output support 5V(standard speed), 9V(fast speed). To match fast charge mode must with 9V adapter, fast micro USB cable(our original cable), and the phone must support fast wireless charging(e.g Samsung Note8 / S8 / S8+ / S7 / S7edge, like if use Samsung Note 8, it will recognizes it as a wireless quick charger).

iPhone is 7.5V, so can not match the fast charge mode at present, our project department is R&D the fast charging mode for the newest iPhone, will coming soon.

One more thing, please do not use the adapter which power output is 5V 1A(e.g iPhone original one), the voltage of power supply is very low. For protecting the power supply, our PCB set a power limiting program to shut off the power proactively. Please check of yours. Thank you for your support!

Thank you and nice to meet you. I have three questions please:

1. The connection point of the USB wire to the housing of the charging disc is angled upwards and does not allow the disc to lie perfectly flat. See photo above. Is this the way it is designed? Or is this something I can correct so that the disc lies flat? Right now it is lifting up because the wire and the plastic sheath is in the way.

2. When you refer to "7.5v is necessary for fast charging on the iPhone X" does that mean that the one I bought from you this week will be able to support fast charging when Apple enables this feature or does that mean you are going to release a new Yogee making mine obsolete and unable to fast charge my iPhone X?

3. The Yogee I received yesterday is always dropping its charge. I will put the X on the Yogee, the LED light turns solid white, and then after 15 minutes the LED light goes dark and the iPhone stops charging. I have tried many times and it is always the same. The USB power supply I am using has multiple ports including the one I am using which is 5V 2.4A. Can you tell me if this is a problem or if the unit is defective? Here is a link to the USB power supply for your reference:

I really like the form factor of your product but I am having some quality issues. I would appreciate your clarification.

Thank you.

Hi James,

Nice to meet you too, thank you for helping with the others users with this products, you did a great job!

Here's the answers of your questions:
1. I had seen your pic, please check with mine. This area which I marked red maybe get much press, makes the base angled upwards. If it possible, please help it by yourself carefully. The 2nd pic is the normal one of our test sample that use over half year.
IRGE7Z[$_60F6Q[8MEHRVO5.png 771533767805895693.jpg
2. The hardware specification of the one you bought is settled, it will not obsolete, this one's fast charge mode is suit for some smartphone which support 9V(fast charge mode). We will update a new product for iPhone fast charge mode in the future, power input & output come with 7.5V to match the iPhone's fast charging mode.
3. We're sorry we can not comment the adapter that you have bought. According to our PCB program protection setting, it will shut off or the light will turn fast flashing when it detects the wrong power. If it possible, please try other adapters.

Hope this could help you, any question please write me a email: service@yogee.net

Thank you again!

Thank you again!

I did what you suggested, bent the connecting wire a bit, and it fell into place perfectly. Problem solved.

I switched USB ports in my wall charger, it now has a rock solid connection, isn't turning off after 15 minutes. Problem solved.

I guess the only disappointment is that your copy on Amazon makes one think that when the iPhone X gets updated to fast charging that your Yogee will become a fast charger. It doesn't. So you should make that more clear in your marketing. You should say very plainly "this item will never have fast charge capability with iPhone X" so people understand that fully.

Is that YOGEE which sold walnut wireless charger? This one also looks great, how could that be so small?

I just replied in the Walnut thread....I returned this one as it couldn’t charge my X consistently, sometimes it would do its job well and sometimes it would stop charging after 15 minutes. Just couldn’t trust it.

I believe the reason this is so small is that it’s the internals of what’s inside the Walnut version. The charging coil is pretty small. It’s the platform/housing that represents the bulk.
