Anyone having issues with Twitter desktop site on Safari on iPhone/iPad?

Earlier today I was having no problems but now when I go to Twitter no matter how many times I ask it to request desktop site it brings back mobile. I really prefer their desktop site to the mobile one or their app. Anyone else having this issue?
