Though I do not particularly identify as a "naturist" a "naturalist" or whatever I certainly lean in that direction.

I'm entirely comfortable in my own skin, I've no real body issues or shame and seeing others who have what some would describe as less desirable bodies does not bother me as it seems to bother some others. Skin is just skin.

I would prefer to live in a world where everyone is as laid back as I am and if I had the means to own land private enough that I could spend time outside nude I probably would, I do not especially care for clothes beyond necessity.

I don't have any desire to make anyone else uncomfortable and I appreciate that other people have their own feelings on the matter which I respect, so while that is my own preference I'm not political about it. There is however something fundamentally bothersome about being legally bound to cover up in public, but given it so clearly bothers many to see people naked what is one to do about it?

Not if he's using an iPhone! ;)

Sad but true. Dem keyboards are tiny.

...I'm a naturist as well. Underneath all my clothes, I'm completely naked. Wouldn't want it any other way.

Although to be honest, once in my life (preferably before I get much older, lol) I would like to hit a nude beach. Just to say I've done it.

Frost bite on the extremities could be a problem. :D

I have mine set on something called "7", and it holds at about 80ºF, in time. ;)

The bigger deal is that it handles humidity well.

I find I am hanging less and less meat in here, as the years slip away.

We did it once, by pure accident while camping with some friends in France, were wondering what happened and went backwards again..actually the largest in Europe as I learnd many years later while watching some TV show about how one can use GoogleEarth to crosscheck hotel-advertisments..they took that particular spot at the atlantic zoomed and talked about 10mins about the nudists, eh naturalists.

We saw at least a top-less one in Biarritz, with only one sad-looking woman on it. Saw that in parks in Sweden too though, and better looking woman too.

There is a full-on nude beach on Hanlan's Point, an island in the Toronto harbour, but it is not well publicized for obvious reasons. It's on the lake-ward side of the island, away from the traveled path, and is well frequented by Toronto's very large Gay community. So I am told. ;)

How's that for progressive, just take a ferry from right Downtown.

We started a nudist MeetUp group in the San Joaquin valley is anyone is interested.

"2012 marks GoTopless' fifth anniversary and this year GoTopless day will fall exactly on Women's Equality Day, Aug 26.

Topless rallies will take place in countries around the world. Please see our list of participating cities below and feel free to contact us if you wish to organize an event where you live.

In the US, the main topless rally will take place in Washington DC in front of the White House. See our article on our news page for more details.

What happens during a Gotopless rally?
During the protests, women will have the choice of going fully topless or wear red tape or something else to hide their (infamous!) nipples. They are also completely welcome to come and support this cause while being fully dressed if they prefer.
To show their support, men are encouraged to wear a bikini top since we are standing up for topless constitutional equality. Either we can all be topless or no one can. Bikinis will be available on location.
The march will end with a speech and entertainment. In cities where it is already legal to go topless, men's bikini top won't be necessary since equality is already in place.

Please contact us if you wish to organize an event in your city."

Just got back from a week at Terra Cotta Inn in Palm Springs. What a great place! From about 15 minutes after we got there, to about 15 minutes before we left, never had a stitch on.

Just 17 rooms, no kids, salt water heated pool, hot tub, massage available (Becky had a hot rock massage), a pretty decent free breakfast, and at 4pm the owner comes around to everyone with a big basket of strawberries, and a choice of red or white wine.

The ONLY thing I hated, was being in the L.A. TV market. I couldn't watch the A's sweep the Rangers.
