Sure yeah I'm sure that's probably what it is with no power cord or anything it's some jerk that doesn't want to get ripped off because everybody gets robbed off craigslist in that area

Would be odd for him to pin code lock it through Find My iDevice then. The screen shows the 4 digit pin code lock being activated.
 
Why wouldn't he have the power cord ? That and it appears to be password protected.

BECAUSE ITS STOLEN !!!! And he doesn't want to get robbed so many people around Detroit insist on meeting at police stations so they don't get robbed. Even the crooks
 
You apparently have never visited our fine city of Detroit

The last time I was in Detroit was in '08 i was going to pickup a bike from from a gentleman in Dearborn. I came into the city from the west side and it really was a ghost town..

Downtown had improved greatly especially along the waterfront but the change wasn't as drastic as my "hometown" or Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids. I have faith that Detroit will return to its former grandeur but it's going to take a while.
