We have a project team just for our Department which is one of the big three for the project and then a few teams underneath it all that handle very specific rolls for this project!

Everyone told me I'd need an assistant, and I believed them. We just didn't have the budget to hire anyone else, which is why I had to do it all. Believe me when I say, I wish I had had an assistant.

Trust me I hear what you are saying!! I am lucky that I do have an assistant, and counterpart for the project portion I have! It has made a world of difference. Which is why I say good job!! I could only imagine the stress level given the fact you were it!!!
