Anyone know about Mushkin Enhanced RAM for mini?

Hi I'm totally confused here. Can any kind soul help me out.

I'm looking for the best low latency RAM upgrade for my mini. I've happened across Mushkin Enhanced and they look appealing.

Now the thing is, there are 2 particular flavours of the RAM and I don't know which one I need or what the differences are:

Is there any particular reason you need low latency? Memory latencies for most applications have one of the smallest effects on overall performance and likely will not greatly influence your usage.
