Anyone know anything about cashmere?

I have a question. How do places like Forever 21 sell a sweater and label it "100% cashmere" and sell it for $15? Are they just blatantly lying? Or is it a cheap cashmere I don't know about?

Yup. There are varying qualities of cashmere. Same can be said for silk and cotton, and I'm sure everything else. 😛
