Anyone know deal and max cpu temps on MBP?

I added a cpu monitoring widget and I would like to know a little about normal running temps. Right now my cpu is running at 122 degrees. Seems high to me. At what temperature should I look at giving my mbp a break?

122F is very normal. Mine is running at 45C (~115F) at idle and goes up to ~65C (150F) when under load. It can even go up to 175F if doing very very demanding tasks!
