iPhone Anyone Know How I Can Use iFile to Add Album Artwork?

I know this is probably something obvious but can anyone tell me how I can add album artwork to songs already on my iphone using ifile? (ie. what folder would I put the artwork in etc. or is there an easier way?)

add the covers on iTunes and sync again IF you want to do it the easiest way

I think album artwork is embedded in the song's metadata. I would say using iTunes is the easiest way
