This thing needs to be tough, so I'm curious as to what type of Chassis material they'll use. Has anyone heard any specifics on the type of Aluminium they are using?

Not 7000 series...only iphone 6s/6s plus and apple watch sport are made with than material

Where do you buy pants with such big pockets?!

No but looking at this realistically, the iPad is very large and very thin, so bending is an obvious danger. I am just wondering if they have it strengthened by the design style internally or if it is a different type of Aluminium. I won't bend mine as I only use my iPad while typing and watching movies, (but that was also one handed.) Picking up, putting down, or holding this device will require two hands, not because it will be heavier, but because the size might require holding it on two opposite sides to prevent warping/bending. lol
