Anyone know if reception will be better?

Where I live, the reception is not the greatest in spots. Does anyone know if the reception will be a little better, has anyone said anything about this?

I imagine it will have a lot to do with where you live and if AT&T has been working on upgrading and adding new towers, ect. I know that around Washington there are new towers and upgraded equipment that has not been activated yet. Hopefully once that happens there will be some improvements, but who knows.

I read somewhere that the radio signals are improved, but I can't remember where, or who said it! lol
