Anyone know if the thinkgeek "grass" charger holds iPad?

Was thinking of ordering one of these for my iPhone and potentially an iPad just as a home base. Anyone have this beautiful charging station to test it to see if the grass is strong enough to support the 1.5lb iPad, and will it stay inside without flopping over?
