I've been searching the net about this since I read about the Lion GM releasing today and I haven't found anything. The reason I'm asking is because I know that the new AirPlay feature in Mountain Lion requires a core iX processor, and would like to know if my 2010 Mac mini Core 2 Duo will be out of luck for this new feature as well...

Do any developers know if Dictation works with Core 2 Duo machines?

Thank you for your input guys. I must've been frantically skimming the Mountain Lion webpage and missed that bit.

Sweet! I get to use this feature! And second thought, we will have Dictation in the Mac OS for the foreseeable future! How exciting. I'm going to pick up a $25 iTunes card tomorrow so I can be ready to buy ML as soon as it becomes available. 😎
