There are a boat load out there. Anything by Ken Stone. Also Creative Mac Tutorials has some good how to's. Also LAFinalCutPro Group.

http://forums.creativecow.net has a TON of resources not just for Final Cut but for practically any professional program on the Mac.

EXCELLENT resource, BUT, what you will not find on any sight is how to be creative. Learning the buttons and the terms is one thing.... making something that doesn't look like a home movie is another. You should also look into sites like http://digitalfilmmaker.net/ If you need to. Some argue that creativity can't be taught. Maybe it can't, but you can try.
