Anyone know the safe operating temperature for the 330m GPU?

I googled and couldn't find the Tjunction for the GPU.

Mine went as high as 90c / 194f. When I play games it usually stays around 86c / 186.8f with the fans in overdrive.

Seems a bit high, anyone know?

mine stays around 80º C probably because i keep my settings to where its limited by vram

That's perfectly normal. Temps up to 105C won't cause the system to shut down, which your Mac will do if it gets too hot.
