The small icon top right corner next to battery percentage...Anyone know? Or, how I can get rid of it. Not sure how it got there.

That's what I was thinking as well. Just can't figure out how to get it resolved. Plus I am on limited access to the internet here at the beach. Phone works fine, just bugging the mess out of me that I don't know what it is.

It's the "Silent Vibrate SPSettings..." tweak from Cydia. You recently updated it to 1.0.4.

You don't read changelogs do yah?
