Anyone know what speck's online return policy is?

I checked the website, but don't understand what they mean about the user paying return shipping since they say they include a label. Anyone ever returned something there?

30 days last I dealt with them.
When I had problems with my candyshells, they refunded the money and let me keep the cases

If you live in the US, return shipping is free for you. Speck includes a prepaid return label with your order. I returned something a while ago and got a full refund.
