It looks like a little power cable that would be connected to a computer's internal drives.

if its form a pc it looks a lot like the EATX rail of a CPU for use with a EATA motherboard, were extra juice is required to run 2 or more processors. Proberly on a ATX EPS power supply. i think thats the name of the connector too.
