Anyone know what this program is called?

I used to have this really good image resizer but I can't remember what its called. Its really starting to annoy me know. Hoping that if I describe it maybe someone will know what I'm talking about 😛

The icon was two pictures of grass and it also had a ruler to the right. The window was Bezel styled instead of a regular window. And you can drag/drop images onto it and type in the pixel dimensions to set the size.

I have tried some other resizers but none are as good as this one was, and I have tried searching Google, VersionTracker and MacUpdate.

Anyone have this program or know what its called? Sorry for my crap description, can't really think of how else to describe.

You probably already know this, but you can resize pics in Preview.
