iPhone Anyone know why my usage and standby time is the same ?

I've been noticing this the past few days that the standby time and usage time are identical. what could be the cause or is there a setting i need to turn off ?

Likely there's apps or process running in background without your notice

Something just got stuck. Close all apps charge it back up and they should show accurate times.

Rebooting the phone in addition to all of that can be helpful too in a situation like this.
