I was wondering if anyone has noticed that the Usage and Standby times are missing from Settings>General>Usage>Time since last full charge?

I thought it was just a quirk on my phone but I have now charged my phone every night since the update and the times no longer appear just a - where they were.

Strange?

I noticed a problem with it too. Not once, but twice so far. First time I KNOW I charged it up to 100% and after using it for a bit, I checked out the Usage and it was working fine. Later on in the day, the usage times were not displayed and it said you have to fully charge your phone to view usage times. What?

I thought that was weird, so second time around I did a full charge I kept my eye on it. After a full charge, I used it for a bit and I checked the usage times and they were blank! No 10mins usage, nothing. Weeeiirdd. But then it showed up later on in the day.

If you ask me, something is buggy with 2.0.2. Right now it seems to be working fine again ( I think ), but I think it's an issue and so is battery drain. 2.0.2 drains my battery waaaaayyyyy faster! I used to go 2 days without a charge with 3G on and PUSH on with 2.0.1. With this new update, I am seeing it drains a whole lot faster and now I can barely go a day without having to charge again.

So yeah, I think there are some big bugs on this one.

Yes, my usage info is gone as well. I just reset the usage and when I charge tonight, I wil see if it comes back tomorrow.
I think my battery drains faster now with 2.0.2 as well. :(

it doesnt display your usage if ur springboard resprings or if your iPhone froze and u made a hard reset and obviously if u didnt fully charge the device

Mine have not reappeared again either...very strange, I didn't even correlate it to the software update.

I started having this problem as well. Twice so far and both times after charging fully overnight. Only started after 2.0.2.

I've seen them missing once since I bought my iPhone 3G. I'm pretty sure it was after I updated to 2.0.2. I hope it doesn't happen again! :D

i WAS missing it... and then i had to restart the thing a few times because of a hanging app (nothing catastrophic) and i find it is back now.

strange though.

it DID count my total call time, which is important for watching my minutes.

Mine has been missing on and off since 2.0.2. But soon after 2.0.2 is when I jailbroke, so I don't know if it's related.

It seems, though, that I have the usage stats after a charge, but as soon as my app start crashing (which is VERY often), I lose the stats?

Same as reported

Well, I charged my phone, fully, last night (as I do every night) and the stats are still missing. I also tried the reset, as ucfgrad93 suggested, that didn't change anything.

The stats where there before 2.0.2 so it makes me think that thats the culprit. It could also be 2.0.2 with some combination of on's and off's I have on my phone.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out and see if it stuck. :D

On a side issue with 3G. I'm in the Dallas area. When I'm at home, most times I have 1/4 of 1 bar even thought I'm within 1/2 mile of 2 cell towers. With my Samsung A707 I never got over 3 bars at the house. But, thats better then 1/4 bar. The only time I have more bars is when I leave the house. Go figure!

After an all night, full charge, the stats were there for a little while this morning. It said 0 and 0 immediately after taking it off the charger.

Then I had to reset because mail was hanging.
Now the usage stats are gone; it just has two -
Getting frustrated Apple:mad:

Oh yea, now I keep 3G off because I dropped the only two freaking calls I made today!

I have also noticed that with the update it disappears from time to time. It did it more when I first loaded the update however and hasn't done it in a few days. Mine is at over 2 days stand by and about 5 1/2 hours of usage at the moment and it is still keeping track. I sure hope that they fix this software soon. The 2.x.x has been the worst software for the iPhone yet....still wouldn't trade it for a windows mobile device tho!

Figured it out

I think I figured this one out.

It seems to be a syncing issue. I charge my phone every night using a wall jack, not my Mac. So I only since every so often not every day. It appears that charging it this way turns off the usage and standby. I synced today and voile the usage and standby reappeared. :D

Go figure!
