Anyone notice autocorrect is less aggressive?

It used to change everything on me. Now it's not even correcting me.

I was going to say, I was looking forward to contributing to Damn You Autocorrect when I got the 4S, but apparently I jumped on the Apple bandwagon too late.

On iOS 4 is was hardly working but now on iOS 5 is works well.

it's not doing a good job for me. I mean I'm texting while not looking at the device, but still it seems like it misses the simplest stuff.

It does seem less aggressive. That is often good, but it misses a lot of things too. It also seems to be more intelligent when autocorrecting sometimes. For example when you type hell it looks at the words around what you have wrote before deciding whether to autocorrect it to he'll.
