I think with the new sensor technology, the buttons and links are more precise. You have to click right on them rather than having a few pixel buffer. I personally haven't noticed any issues.

Yep and there's a scientific reason for that:
To a capacitive screen, we're the rough electrical equivalent of a six foot diameter bag of water.
That's because our blood vessels are close to the surface of our skin, and blood plasma and electrolytes are very conductive.
When we're cold, those capillaries are closed off, we become less of a conductor, and the screen will have a harder time detecting us.
A couple of decades ago we did a lot of capacitive screens for casinos, and got experience with thousands of users. There was a small percentage of people who just never registered well on the screens. Some wore lots of lotion, some had callouses and perhaps some just didn't have good bloodflow to their fingers.
I agree 100% I actually made a thread about it earlier today.I was going through settings and trying to slide items off and ON. I noticed that sometimes it does not register my finger swipe. Anyone else notice this?
Well guys... I got a replacement phone and this one is definitely better. I'm sorry to say. It's much more like my 4S (and 4 and 3GS)
