Anyone noticed the "Clock" time is wrong???

My iphone displays the correct time on the "slide to unlock" screen, and also the springboard on the top.

But when I go into "Clock" it shows the time 2 hours late. I've only noticed this today.

I bought this iPhone from Cupertino, and I'm currently at GMT+2, and my iphone is running 1.1.3.
