Sometime over the past few hours my stainless went from Pre Ordered to Getting It Ready. Nothing about shipping yet. But the options for delivery changes and in store pick up went from being greyed out to being clickable. Must be coming soon!

Same thing here. Changed to "Getting it Ready" as of this morning.
Has anybody who ordered a 45mm graphite stainless steel from Best Buy got a tracking number yet?

I am so excited I received notification this morning from Best Buy that they have shipped my SS Gold 41mm, it too stated originally would ship by Oct 25 but it appears they have them to send out. Right now UPS does not have it in their system an on the Best Buy log in it just states will receive by October 25th. I had canceled my Apple order since they were not promising delivery till Nov 2 - 8, I had first ordered with Apple with the Dark Cherry Leather Loop band and that was delivery for Nover 15 - 22 so I canceled and ordered with the sport bad and for the Nov 2 - 8. Then when I realized the money I was saving with Best Buy and they said ship by Oct 25 I canceled Apple. I think I made the right choice. Now to have Best Buy give me the Apple Care they are offering 😉
I received my delivery (45mm Midnight) just now here in Texas. Already set up and ready to go!

I woke up at 7am and checked Bestbuy. I was able to order Midnight 45mm with sports band 20 miles away from me. I’m going to cancel my Apple order which has eta of Nov 3.
I waited too long as I was hoping I could in-store pickup from ATT or Best Buy today but both are back ordered. ATT is about a month out and Best Buy has no ETA on the model I want.
Glad it worked out for you! Hope we get to see it once you get it, I haven’t seen any SS gold pics in the big thread. I’ll live vicariously through you until mine ships!

Thanks!! I got UPS confirmation this afternoon that it will be delivered Thursday so I am super excited since I am getting it way earlier than Apple had stated and even what Best Buy originally stated. I will most definitely post pictures although may not be till night time. I was laid off of one of mmy jobs a year ago so been semi retired but got called back to work so start on Monday. Luckily I work from home but will still be super busy.
So I had originally ordered a 41mm gold SS because I figured it was close enough to my 42mm series 3. Today I went to the Best Buy store and they surprisingly had the series 7 demos. Was not happy with the 41mm fit. It looks too small and I considered my wrists small but I guess not anymore lol. The 45mm keeps going in and out of stock at BB but I managed to submit an order. Immediately went to “getting it ready” but I have a feeling I’ll be here for a little while longer watching everyone get their orders 😛

Thrilled to have mine already shipped. There was no estimated delivery date when I ordered on release day, just “we’ll let you know when it ships.” UPS tracking is actually showing delivery tomorrow. I didn’t anticipate even receiving it this month when I placed the order.

Just a heads-up, their trade-in values for some models are very poor. Their trade-in offer for my S6 stainless was only $205, and I got $525 selling it on my own (craigslist). Perhaps their trade in values for other models is better.
Went to my local Best Buy today (10/16) and asked if there were any S7’s on display (they have no stock) and was told no. Kind of unexpected, but still tried on the S6 40mm watch. My small wrists looked comical with the larger sized watch lol. Ended up re-ordering with Best Buy for two reasons: Apple delivery times for the model I’m looking to buy are showing early December! and Amex has a bonus points offer on purchases at Best Buy online. Expected to ship on the 25th of October.

It may ship before that. Mine originally stated will ship by October 25th and Best Buy Shipped yesterday. I ordered with Apple a few minutes after pre order opened on the 8th and Apple's date was mid November. I ended up canceling Apple going with Best Buy, better discounts and will get much faster.
^ That would certainly be nice, but I’m in no hurry. I initially had pre-ordered the watch last week and was shown the same shipping as you @laffnvegas. Needless to say, it left me confused so I cancelled my order. We’ll see how this one plays out 🙂

I got an update this morning that my UPS delivery from Best Buy will be arriving on Wednesday instead of Thursday 😀
When ordering the SS from Best Buy, it gives an option to pay the full price “Activated”.
I want to order SS but don’t want to activate the cellular plan right now ( it would require making a change to my AT&T phone plan first, which I’m not ready to change yet ).
Has anyone ordered the SS from BB and not activated the cellular? How does it work?

My package was shipped last thursday via LSO and supposed to arrive on Friday. It is still stuck on shipment received and LSO put in a ticket for a lost package. Looking at reviews, they tend to "lose" packages often

I ordered my gold SS non-activated with no problem, I have no plans to activate it. Had a previous SS activated and hated it, thought it was a bigger pain than it was worth. It worked fine and actually better once I turned off the cellular connection to the watch.
I ordered a 45mm Gold SS with the gold Milanese loop on October 8th. I still have no information other than “we’ll let you know when it ships”.
