I thought about it as well but it really is developer-oriented. Going to come with the first ARM beta of Big Sur and almost nothing will work on it, like Word or anything else you might use, and it will probably finally be useful and have apps available about the time you have to return it.

Macs with ARM going to come by end of the year so I guess most of their native apps like Final Cut Pro, etc will be ready by then.
 
I notice it has no Thunderbolt ports listed either...

Just hope they can have some discount on the new Macs for those on this leasing programme.
