Other Anyone planning on carrying the XS MAX naked?

I fail to see why you need to know if I carry my phone when I’m not wearing any clothes.

I’d be curious to know which “pocket” you put the phone in while carrying it this way...

Always naked, had every single flagship since 2007.

Like others I have a designated pocket (Front right) for my iPhone and my iPhone only. I just sold my X last weekend and it was in mint condition and I got it day 1 when it launched in November and never had a case on it. People always tell me I'm "crazy" for not having a case on it but oh well.

I'll have a Apple leather case and really think about limiting the amount I buy this time around. I stopped using screen protectors when I got on IUP and never looked back.

I think all 'plus sized' versions of iphones look ridiculous and those with cases on look like pure comedy as the cases accentuate the size. I just can't take anyone with these slabs pressed against their faces seriously - the 80s first mobile phones spring to mind. Buy sell buy sell! 😀

I definitely am planning on keeping it naked! getting the 256gb Gold and that gold finish is just beautiful! too gorgeous to hide with a bulky case. Getting Applecare with theft or stolen, just in case I drop and crack it. I currently carry my X naked as well and it feels really great. I can only imagine how much better the XS Max feels naked in the hands!

Have the X naked now, except when out drinking, then Apple leather case. Will take the Max out naked as well. Stainless steel & glass is so much stickier than aluminum!!

I’m thinking about it....I have the iPhone 7 Plus now and I don’t carry it naked because it’s too slippery. One thing that bothers me is the Max is heavier by about 20 grams. So putting a case will only make it heavier and I already think my 7 Plus is too heavy at times and makes my wrist tired. I’ll have to make a decision within the 2 week window if I’m going to keep it or get a X/Xs simply due to the weight.

From the perspective of the IUP and trading in the phone, the question for me is what does Apple consider acceptable condition.

I have to presume that not using a case and screen protector is the normal operating procedure so wear and tear is to be expected.

Anyone have any experience trading in in this regard?

I will put my gorgeous stunning 512 GB gold XsMax in a clear otterbox case to get all attention from people around me who will admire the attention getter gold.

Not me. I don’t have Apple care on my 8. I use the Apple Silicone cases, which are slim.
