Anyone remember the name of this program? (add/remove protocols)

Hi.

I'm trying to remember the name of a program...

There's a System Preference pane that allows you to add/remove protocols for various applications (think "aim:goim?screenname" for AIM/iChat, or fb://profile/00000 for Facebook). Does anyone remember what the name of this program is, or know another way to do this?
