Anyone running Crucial C300 or M4 in MBP 2011?

I installed a 512GB M4 on a friend's MBP (2009).
Bee running all week without issues and super fast.

The C300 seems to work in the 11" and 13" MacBooks but has serious issues with the 15" and especially the 17". I tried everything to get it working in my 17" including swapping out the cable and insulating it, and could never get it to work. I finally broke down and bought a Vertex III and it works great. I would definitely stay away from the C300 for the newer MacBook Pros
