zorinlynx macrumors G3 Original poster Sep 14, 2015 #1 My mother has an iPad 2 and I want to know whether to tell her NOT to upgrade when iOS 9 comes out. She is not a power user by any means. Should I tell her to sit tight on 8 or is 9 actually usable and fast on the iPad 2 like Apple promised?

I have an iPad 2 running on iOS 9.1 - seems fine with no issues so far - safari was really slow on 8 and reloaded a lot - does not do that as much on iOS 9 Mail works well and iCloud works better I think it looks nicer too
