Anyone Running Tensorflow on M3 MacBook?

You'd think the M3 MacBook with built-in Python would be the ideal AI platform to use for Tensorflow, but I have hit roadblock after roadblock. I am now running the Sequoia Beta and still hitting all sorts of installation errors and failures even with home-brew and macports and the built-in Python.

Has anyone gotten a decent Tensorflow / Python development environment running? What are the steps?

Can anyone help?
