i just tested mine out now and its not even going!! i am getting so mad now! it has 4 bars but no speed wth!

My phone really had trouble loading directions today (full bars). So I took my wife's 3GS and it worked right away. I don't know if it's software related anymore. It is very frustrating !

Upload still capped at 100, but DL is consistant but not as fast as it was the first week, only 2200 now compared to 4500 it used to be.

Doubt it. My sisters iPhone 4 gets wicked fast 3G speeds. Meanwhile, this is what I have to deal with half the time:

Speeds are still low here in St. Louis, but I was driving through Indiana yesterday and was getting 2870kbps down, 1195kbps up.

I tried it again just for the hell of it. Download speeds improved, but the upload made me feel like I was using GPRS data. Does anyone think I'd get it replaced If I were to take both iPhones and show them how much better my sisters functions?
