Hi all.

According to the information here, my stimulus check was supposed to be mailed to me by May 16 since my social security number ends in 08.

When I enter my information here, it tells me that they can't find my information.

I submitted my taxes in early April, and they have definitely received it since they cashed my check to them.

I prepared my taxes using TurboTax, but mailed it. I know people that filed electronically using TurboTax are experiencing delays, but it shouldn't affect me since I didn't e-file.

I am getting a little worried... I attempted calling the IRS several times, but everytime I'm on hold forever (40+ minutes), and something comes up where I have to go. Their automated phone service tells me the same thing the web site tells me: no information found.

Any of you out there didn't get your check yet, but was supposed to already?

There wasn't an area, that would tell me if mine was or wasn't mailed.

A question? Did you owe any to state taxes? There was a bit in the news about 15,000 people that owed Ga state taxes, that had their check held to pay off what was owed to the state.

I am in San Francisco.

I didn't owe any State taxes. I owed the Federal gov, but I sent a check with my return, which they have cashed promptly.

There was a mess up where they sent the money to other people's accounts, but mine should be coming in the mail anyways...

I got mine several weeks ago but I'm waiting on a friends stimulus check. She owes me money and said she'd pay me when she got it. No joke. Well, I guess the jokes on me. :(

I just received a letter from the IRS saying I should be receiving my stimulus in the coming weeks! Yay. I hope those that don't have yours yet get it soon.

How the IRS figures out the time of stimulus check sent out is based on your last 2 digits of your Social Security.... Done ....

But if that were actually accurate I would have gotten mine over a month ago... so I understand the question.

I guess I'm not getting mine until next month. I'm at the absolute back o'the line, if you know what I mean.

exactly. According to that, I would have received mine in early May. Only on Saturday I received a letter from them to expect my check.

Got mine last Friday. I had to pay this year so I didn't have the direct deposit option obviously.
Was concerned because when I would call into IRS there was nothing on record as well. Also didn't receive a letter saying a check was coming.
Then, the week before my check got here I got the letter.
I guess you can expect this if you didn't have direct deposit.

We received one of the three due in our household. Hopefully the other two will arrive soon.

I refuse to e-file until the IRS stops its stupid practice of charging more for e-filing than filing paper returns.

If you make less than $54,000, you may be eligible for free e-file. I used the Turbo Tax "Freedom Edition" and was able to e-file my federal and state taxes for free. Just something to look into next year.

exactly. the same reason I don't e-file.
