I not only have a crashing problem on my ATV but on my Mac and iPad as well when I stream live games from MLB.com and its At bat app. It makes no sense since I have an over 100 megabits internet connection. Anyone else having this problem where you will occasionally have to re-establish a connection to stream a game?

I don’t have any problems with the Apple TV app, but on my iPhone and iPad Pro there is always an error when launching the video broadcast, the broadcast usually plays without error on second attempt. This has been a problem on the iPhone for several years. I’ve tried their support services but nothing has ever happened to fix the problem. I never use the web interface so don’t know about that.
I have never had a problem with the iPhone app. Strange issue indeed. I agree their support sucks. Once I had a problem on my Mac with their video not being able to play in Full screen. They told me to use Chrome or FF instead. But the problem ended up being on their end and it got resolved without me switching from Safari.
