Anyone successful in ‘suspending’ Apple Music trial?

With all the bugs in iCloud Music Library that ‘destroys’ iTunes metadata, Music is unusable by many with large well curated iTunes Libraries. Has anyone found a way to ‘suspend’ your Music trial so you can save it for a later time when Apple hopefully fixes the mess in iCloud Music Library.

I just contacted customer support and asked them to cancel the trial. They did within hours and it appears I can try again in the future.

Thanks, just used to the old forum and it's ability to edit the title. It's hell being dyslexic sometimes.

Did you use iTunes: Provide iTunes Feedback, email or called?

I'm beating myself in the head with a hammer 1 more time. Just struck the first blow and waiting to see how bad I bleed. I will send an email later today after see how much damage I did this time.😵

Good luck! I'm still having issues with iTunes Music Library after canceling AM.

Still waiting on the BIG beach ball to fall in iTunes that lasts about 30 second and then BAM. It did screw my Playlists up right off the bat, but I did make duplicates that are safe.

I also have 3 backups so nothing but wasted time.
