Anyone switching to white for the first time on iPhone 5?

I am bored of the black color after 3 gens of iPhones and am thinking of going with the white for the first time and maybe a black bumper. Anybody going with white for the first time?

Although Apple may not be manufacturing bumpers, there are already several out there. I bought one, along with another cheap case on Amazon, until I find a case I like.

I went with white this time too after having black for 3GS, 4 and 4S. The all black looks sweet but time for a change. Who knows maybe I will go back for the 5S

Mostly if it is okay for a guy to carry a white phone, although I am probably at an age when these things shouldn't be bothering me anymore.

I also read on the Apple sit that the glass in-lay windows on the back of the white iPhone 5 are ceramic vs. pigmented glass for the black models. I wonder if this means the white iPhone is more scratch resistant?

I'm getting the white because I had a black 4 for 2 years, and my ipad 2 is also black, plus this time around, it's not even close. White won the color competition for me going away. Black looks ugly to me in every picture and video I've seen.

The only thing I'm not into is the way it looks when the screen is off. I like how uniform the black phone looks when it's off. Oh well.

It's exactly why I went with white. The press photos from after the event have the white looking much better than it does on Apple's iPhone site. So I figure a good part of the perception is the renders don't match up with how it will look in real life.

Plus, black is boring...
