I like my progression. After 8GB iPhone. 32GB Iphone 4 (Black) - I am getting a 64GB Iphone 5 (white)

I finally went with white and here's why:

As handsome as the black phone is, the anodized aluminum of the case is tinted. I'm fearful that the tinted aluminum will, over time, show wear.

For this reason alone I chose white this time around.

Be careful with white. After years of having black iPhones, went with white for the 4S. Had issues with the flash reflecting off the back of the iPhone in very low light pictures, resulting in a white halo effect in the picture. Tested the same thing on a few other friends white 4S's, and the same thing. Didn't see it on black 4S's I tested. For that reason, I'm going back to black for the 5. Maybe that wasn't the case for everyone, but the tests I did seemed to imply that it was a problem with the white phones only. And No, no cases on the phones.

Hope the 5 doesn't have the same issue...

I ordered black. Resale value of Black is slightly higher, so I am making a business decision versus what I want.

iPhone 4 was black, ordered iPhone 5 in white. Wife has the iPhone 4s in white, I like it much better than black.
