Have you updated to 1Password 7 ?

If so is your 1Password 7 browser extension sometimes slow to load or laggy in Safari, Firefox, or Chrome ?

I'm on v7.04, both Mac and Windows. Haven't noticed any issues.

I'm on 7.04 as well and have no problems. You can always contact 1password support, but I would delete the extension and reinstall it.

I did that even tried a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro.

Can you please email our support. Please include versions of OSes and apps when you write in. Give as much detail as you can please. We have a pretty lengthy wait time right now, as is typical of new releases, so the more information you can provide us in the initial email the better we can help you when we get to your email.
