Anyone tried interchanging Sim/MicroSim on iPhone/iPad?

Now that the 3G iPad is out I was wondering if anyone tried interchanging the Sim/MicroSims to see if they could get data on the other device while only paying for one data plan.

If this works, I see no reason to JB, at least for me.
