wondering if anyone has tried any display port (dp) hubs to try multi-head setup on closed (docked) macbook pro? here is an example of what i am talking about.

as an aside, my experience overall with dp has been _poor_. this is especially the case with docking (closed lid configuration) on my entire history of MBPs with dp ports since dp became the standard (circa 2008). by poor i mean degraded experience from dvi such as scrambled display, issues with sleep/hibernate, unable to restore display once undocked, and the list goes on. so basically i am going into this expecting another poor experience but the ability to have dual head setup on a closed-lid (docked) MBP would be outstanding.
