I've tried the siri mandarin for Taiwan, very accurate; though the voice sounds like a female zombie 😱

The OS has supported Chinese characters for a long time and does it well.

Siri English recognition of ESL, in my experience, is not too good. I'm hoping it is much improved and hope the Mandardin (okay I'll include Cantonese) recognition performs well with the new iOS rollout.
